The final phase of Trisara’s residences is now completed, and there a couple of the villas are still available for purchase, which gives buyers no waiting time to enjoy the investment as they are finished already.

These 19 residences were launched in early 2007 and occupy the southern headland of the resort.
To date 16 of these villas have been sold, all of which are now completed. As are the 3 x 2 bedroom villa for sale, plus one larger 4 bedroom oceanfront.

Trisara offers villas for sale on the basis that the owner is buying into the resort experience which offers a lifestyle only available in this environment, with a return from rental income to offset villa running expenses when the owners are not in residence.
