John Dunbar
John is both Trisara’s Wellness Director and resident Yoga Master. He specializes in gentle and relaxing Hatha Yoga classes. For more than fifteen years John has studied, taught and practiced yoga. From his vast studies with Masters in India and America John has put together a series of postures that will stretch, exercise and relax your body and mind. His classes include breathing, posture, relaxation and meditation.
